Come away for a 4 night- 5-day, all-included family adventure in Playa Esterillos, Costa Rica. During this week you will powerfully re-define what travel means for you and your kids. This is not your average vacation, and yet we think it will be your most meaningful and life-impacting one yet!

How often in our regular day-to-day, busy lives do we have time to TRULY and INTENTIONALLY connect with the unique humans that our children are becoming? How sure are we that our kids have been given the time, safe container, and necessary tools to be able to truly connect with themselves and who it is they are becoming and/or want to be in this one wild and precious life that they have to live!?

Our world has a LOT to offer, with access to information and opinions more readily available than ever before. The opportunity to get away, embark on tropical adventures together, disconnect from the pace of this life, and be provided with specific activities to both turn inward (individually and as a family) as well as experience new and perspective-changing moments together outside of your comfort zone is a rare combination!  All this set within the relaxing paradise of Encantada Ocean Cottages, on the hammock and palm-tree lined beach front, makes this a week you and your family do not want to miss!

Picture the difference in your relationship with your children, after spending this dedicated time away together, doing something that will both fill you and teach you so all so much! After experiencing the variety of adventure and excursions, delicious and nourishing food, a local community outreach day, individual times of reflection, all- group reflection and sharing times, and even individual sessions each with Angie herself, there is no way that each individual won’t be impacted in some way.  And, individuals who connect and learn about themselves in a safe and nurturing way, are able to show up as members of rejuvenated families and members of their current communities in so many ways 😊

As a busy mama of two, the in-country group leader and founder of One Wild Life Design, Angie, knows how essential these connecting moments are - and how hard they can be to find in our day-to-day routines. Through her 20+ years supporting women along their individual journeys, she has experienced what it looks and feel like when one hasn’t had the chance to EVER really pause and get to know themselves- and therefore must spend so much time “re-writing” a story that wasn’t really theirs to begin with.

After years or doing life-design work with women (many of whom were moms themselves) Angie has now designed an experience in which women are led as they come alongside their kids in this powerful work. Woven gently throughout the week will be the themes of strengthening sense of self, sense of esteem and self-worth, individual value setting and an introduction to the ideas of radically designing this ONE WILD LIFE to support the person who we TRULY want to be!  Angie’s years of clinical experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan allows her to meet each member of your family in an age-appropriate and creative, fun way!

As a skilled and experienced life coach, and 15 + years of clinical therapy experience Angie has designed this week with the potential to re-direct the lives of families for years to come. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Angie and her family have lived in Costa Rica for over 8 years, and she serves as a knowledgeable local guide and in-country connection. Angie’s local “behind the scenes” presence allows for a truly unique experience of cultural immersion that stretches beyond that of your average vacation. What may take years in a clinical therapy office, she believes has the potential to be unlocked in one truly intentional, fun, challenging, exciting week together immersed in it all!

With her genuine, passion-infused, and heartfelt approach, along with the kind and generous staff at The Encantada Ocean Cottages this is the perfect backdrop for transformational work to be done.
