What better way to take this power pause, than to treat yourself to a week away from the pressures of daily life, in beautiful Costa Rica? The SUYO Experience has been designed as an opportunity for you to relax, challenge your physical body, treat your physical body, have an absolute blast with other ladies from around the world, and nourish your soul in any way that you can imagine it needs to be nourished.  There is something here for everyone!

 

In making the brave decision to honor ourselves and take time outside of our normal routine and environments, we are able to see things (almost immediately) through a radically different lens. Then, through the careful guidance and experience of trusted life coach, and previous licensed clinical therapist, Angie Kubin, we are able to come up with realistic plans and intentions to carry what we now see back with us into our real world and lives.  What this means is that in taking just one week away from your life, you have the potential to change the whole damn rest of it.  I’d say that’s a pretty solid way to spend a week!

Join Angie and a dynamic group of brave ladies from around the world in pursuit of these very things. Together we will take on the ocean waves, the inner workings of our own complex hearts, the movements and asking of our bodies through yoga, many delicious margaritas (or tropical smoothies!), and real times of sharing, going deep, and experiencing togetherness. 

During the week will also be making a difference and giving back to communities in Costa Rica that have been hit the hardest by the decline in life-sustaining tourism due to the global pandemic, and allowing opportunity to connect with the people of Costa Rica in a meaningful and intimate way.

    Although each day has been thoughtfully structured, including options of Oceanfront Yoga, Surfing lessons with local surfers, Group and Individual Process Time, Reflection and Alone/Quiet Time, we also encourage participants to honor their own intuition as to what they need the very most.

    Delicious, fresh and healthy meals prepared and served daily in our private beachfront dining area/restaurant by well-known local chefs.

    At SUYO we know that there are days for adventure, exploring, giving back and activity, and there are also plenty of days where the opportunity to just BE (ie. fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in your own hammock) is the most precious time of all.
