It’s a sacred pause for women who lead—entrepreneurs, executives, leaders, and founders—who are ready to reconnect with their inner compass, refill their cup, and remember who they are beneath the hustle.

Set on the peaceful, soul-stirring coast of Costa Rica at Encantada Ocean Cottages, SUYO offers 7 full days of intentional living, transformational practices, cultural connection, and deep restoration. Through guided workshops, nourishing food, oceanfront solitude, and community with other powerhouse women, you’ll experience what it means to be held—in every sense of the word.

  • - 6 nights lodging in a beautiful ocean front cottage (price is based on double occupancy).

    - 3 healthy and delicious meals daily, prepared fresh and with local ingredients just for you!

    - Sunset Welcome Cocktail Party!

    - Group-Beginners surf lessons (included, but never required)

    - Daily private ocean front yoga classes in a shaded beachfront palapa on site (6 classes in total)

    - A private group adventure/ excursion led by locals to explore Costa Rica beyond the venue!

    - A group immersion cultural experience and opportunity to dive deeper into the culture and behind-the-scenes, real-life community of Playa Esterillos Este, Costa Rica.

    - Guided Life Design Experiences – Designed and created by Life Design Coach and experienced therapist, Angie Kubin. This work will include individual and experiential integration opportunities throughout the week, and send you home with a concrete, time-tested roadmap for working through challenges and implementing real-life changes into the world you return to!

    - The Signature Life Design Workbook – with life-long access to this curriculum chalk-full of resources and worksheets to keep you on this journey of life design for years to come!

    Imagine starting each and every day with a rich and nurturing yoga session on the beach…and taking it from there. You will get to carve your own path here- go with your OWN FLOW, and choose your own adventure (or nap) at every point along the way!)

    Although each day has been thoughtfully structured, including options of Oceanfront Yoga, Surfing lessons with local surfers, Group and Individual Process Time, Reflection and Alone/Quiet Time, we also encourage participants to honor their own intuition as to what they need the very most.

    Delicious, fresh and healthy meals prepared and served daily in our private beachfront dining area/restaurant by well-known local chefs.

    At SUYO we know that there are days for adventure, exploring, giving back and activity, and there are also plenty of days where the opportunity to just BE (ie. fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in your own hammock) is the most precious time of all.

    We have worked hard to provide plenty of activity and challenge (both internal and out in the world around us!) as well as to allow for plenty of down time and make sure that above all, YOU are making the decisions each day based on who you are and how you feel in that moment.
